Kevin McKenzie

Kevin Alexander McKenzie (born July 16, 1948 in Pretoria) was a South African cricketer from 1966/67 to 1986/87. He never got to play Test cricket like his son Neil due to South Africa's apartheid ban but became a successful batsman in first class cricket. A right hander, he represented Transvaal and in his 133 games made 6756 runs at 36.51 with 13 hundreds. He has been described by Robin Jackman as 'one of the best hookers of the ball I've ever seen'.
