Flushing Bay, New York
Flushing Bay, New York is a semienclosed body of water (a bay) in the East River, located off the north shore of Long Island, near the neighborhood of Flushing, Queens. New York City's LaGuardia Airport lies on the western shore of the bay. The Flushing Bay Promenade runs along the southwestern shore, connecting the airport to the World's Fair Marina and Shea Stadium, where the Flushing River empties into the bay.
